Engine stalls for a split second under full tq - mikealike - 11-07-2017

09 871 with 960k miles on the odo. 475 hp ultrashift. With the truck either bobtail, loaded trailer or empty as I need full tq the engine comes up on boost between 15 to 25 psi and the engine shuts the fuel down for a second or two, then comes alive. I had the filters baked, delta p and exhaust pressure sensor replaced,(imap has 40k and it's clean) but it did this before the filter maintenance. It did highlight turbo wheel speed, not in red thou. So then, hooked up insite, no codes, and I data logged the sensors while driving and it did it 3 times. Nothing looked out of place on review. Im lost. Can someone point me in a logical direction? Thank you.

I had an N14 do something very similar it turned out to be the throttle position sensor at the pedal, if I backed off the pedal just a little I had no problem. It threw no codes.
