Some basic info and better than nothing at all, but I don't agree with all of their mostly blanket statements. A lot of it seems to be based on very inefficient vehicle data and/or is exaggerated a bit. They also leave out a lot of factors that directly effect things like load weights vs rolling resistance, optimal rpm and gearing vs actual working load weights, and a lot of other things that seem to be missing.
