What are these codes and what are the solutions?

2791 would be the egr valve actuator that opens and closes the valve. May be a sticking valve that doesn't automatically return to its closed position like it should due to soot or other contaminants.

412 is the sensor on the pipe between the egr valve and the delta p tubes. if its bad it could cause the other problem. assuming you have a cm871 of course.

Others may correct me but this is what I think it is.

Pete 2010 cm871
I’ve had experience with sticky egr valve
Can I buy rhe valve separately? Or it comes with the actuator as one piece?
Could it be a cause of loss of power?

I had the same issue on my CM871 two months ago, it turned out it was the egr valve was stuck open i just took it off removed the actuator on top and i start pushing down the valve until it brake loose all of the crap trap inside the body of the egr clean it real good and boom working again, there is a video of Rawze doing a cleaning on an egr valve
