Cateyes vs crossfires - dhirocz - 07-06-2018 I've got crossfires on my truck now. After having them on for maybe 14 months, I'm noticing the gauge 'sticker' on the inside of mine is already fading and peeling off of the bottom...and I've got one hose already leaking. I was considering ordering some parts and making a kit to carry with me, but these are 90 psi crossfires...I'd rather have 100 psi. So it makes me wonder if it's worth staying with crossfires and having spare parts or switching over to cateyes? Is one any better than the other? RE: Cateyes vs crossfires - Rawze - 07-07-2018 I have heard of guys complaining about both. Here is a related thread ... http://rawze.com/forums/showthread.php?tid=544&pid=4109#pid4109 RE: Cateyes vs crossfires - Brock - 07-08-2018 That'll be a tough question that'll only get a seriously bias answer. RE: Cateyes vs crossfires - snailexpress - 07-08-2018 What guys do you think about TPMS? The price isn't too much different. RE: Cateyes vs crossfires - Nilao - 07-08-2018 I love the idea...but they're hard to get to in a dual setup. I was thinking of cats eyes and a 6 sensor system. RE: Cateyes vs crossfires - Brock - 07-08-2018 They sell valve extenders so they both face forward. Easy to steal. Can't figureout about internal sensors they have style A and style B. RE: Cateyes vs crossfires - flatbed94kid - 01-15-2019 Me talking about the crossfires. Easier to watch a video then type so here it is. https://youtu.be/-h48ufpsDHU |
