RE: 2006 International 9600i 15L Cummins isx - Anarchy - 07-18-2018 Thank you very much for the advise it's a starting point...sincerely, R.T. RE: 2006 International 9600i 15L Cummins isx - Chamberpains - 07-18-2018 This could be many issues. Does it still have the emissions active on it? You also have an air actuated vg turbo. It can be a leak in the actuator, piping or control module. If you have Cummins Insite you can use it to test the curcuit for air leaks. Visually check to make sure there are no obvious kinks, rubs or broken parts. It could also be a leak in the charged air system (clamp, hose, the cooler itself cracked, intake gasket) Pressurize the system to at least 20 psi and fix any leaks. RE: 2006 International 9600i 15L Cummins isx - Rawze - 07-19-2018 A bad Delta-P sensor and/or clogged cross-over tubes will cause this too. On a CM870, they are kind of hidden behind the electric fuel pump. |
