Does actuator need to be calibrated just from unplugging it to replace manifold gaskets?

I think the only time you need to calibrate it is if you take it off.

when I did my egr cooler I just ran the second part of the turbo calibration just make sure

Just don't turn the key on while turbo is off. The ecm will park it when key is shut off and the actuator will keep the turbo in the place the ecm parked it at. But if you take actuator off the turbo then you would have to calibrate.
