I think I have a diagnostic link 8.01. I am trying to change my a truck, dd15 2013 freightliner cascadia, password. As the result It show " while trying to retrieve backdoor seed the following error occurred : negative respond." Is there something wrong with my software?

Yes, it does that when its not installed and licensed properly.
