Exhaust leak at dpf flex connector - Trkdrv in ga - 05-19-2016

How will an exhaust leak at dpf flex connector effect dpf and engine for short term. Run maybe 800 miles. This is on a 09 peterbilt 387 with isx 947xxx miles. Does anyone know?

At 947xxx miles!!! Is this flex before DPF or after DPF to exhaust? If it before DPF regeneration will not go properly. For short run it OK

Did they replace the head with a new one?

BTW: Any leak in exhaust between the engine and the DOC/DPF can and will cause regen problems.
