Not many people pay close attention to the air gaps within and in between condenser, CAC , radiator and shroud. Air is taking the easiest/less resistant path to engine fan blades. On top off that some condensers are pathetically inefficient and need increased amount of air flow just to make some heat exchange . In cases like this , the shop fan will make noticeable difference in performance and readings .
I’m sure if you improve the air flow thru condenser you’ll see much better results.
