Apparently those were used in the MRAP and M-ATV. Production of the MRAP stopped in 2012. One of the pictures in the ebay listing shows the carton in the background, like they had just opened it up. Oshkosh MRAP and SOCOM are clearly visible on the carton

It's probably a good engine as long as it was kept dry (who knows), the price seems a little high in my uneducated opinion. See what the auction above does, it's a legit source and probably where the ebay seller got his to flip, or figured out it wouldn't work for what they needed
