voltage to actuator signal voltage can read 0 on alot of them, but the position meatured must match commanded.

0.0 for the cc pressure senor
0.0 for turbo actuator signal sensor

Those are all normal.

turbo actuator signal sensor > not used by computer because it is J1939 instead.

cc pressure senor/crankcase pressure > not used after that type of custom tuning. unrelated.
Ok so those are unrelated. Does it sound like a bad actuator?

Try doing turbo test see what happens.

Ok so my commanded actuator position is always on 5% . It does not move up or down no matter what position the throttle is in. If the actuator went bad would the ecm command as normal?

RE: Help low boost - gonzo1949 - 02-24-2016

What is the turbo test?

RE: Help low boost - gearhead - 02-24-2016

IN insite there is turbo test or hysteris test to make sure turbo is working or calibrated.

RE: Help low boost - gonzo1949 - 02-24-2016

OK gonna check

RE: Help low boost - gonzo1949 - 02-24-2016

The only one I see is the calibration test

RE: Help low boost - gearhead - 02-24-2016

ok try the calibration last test for after actuator is installed.
