PM Unilever, if you have a clean copy of Windows 7 installed, he should be able to get it to work. I know the frustration, I have Windows 10 on my Mac Book, and it was a nightmare to set up, as many of the extensions were missing. Unilever can get on there through TeamViewer, the free program, and sort it out in seconds, the guy is a Windows genius.
