Is there a Cummins software or app for smart phones that would allow me to plug into the truck and have access, run diagnosis and verify trucks actual mileage and hours..

A lot of guys have older win7 or win8 laptop and 'insite 7.6 software' + datalink adapter 'inline-6' off e-bay chineese. Works well, & is everything the dealer has.
