Need help with mileage , engine gets poor mileage have followed rawze instruction cleaned/ replaced sensors. Minimal gain in mpg 5.2 or worse loaded depending on wind/weight. Need advise on mileage improvement, heard from drivers getting 7-9 mpg with these eng- by tuning ( opening up parameters on ecm )with all factory components still active , how is this possible with egr choking the engine down I am in Oklahoma and need assistance please ,,tired of pumping out cash through the pipes

2015 cm2350 most likely what kind of truck what speeds, what gears, what kind of freight flat/van, weights. Just start out it probably needs an EGR tune-up you can find that information here it probably also needs an injector leak down test which can be found in the videos and you need at a minimum a laptop with insight so you can diagnose your own truck

Driving habits are CRITICAL to mpg. Could you explain a little how you're driving. Speed, eng load to rpm, etc. Also, do yo have a boost/pyro gauge in place to monitor while driving? A properly tuned engine (w/ healthy emissions intact) will help, but won't overcome bad driving habits.

....Dammit Lonestar, beat me to it again...lmao!

That's what happens when I'm sitting waiting for a load that should have been ready 2 hours ago lol

Have you installed a boost and pyro gauges? -- Are you driving by them?

Are you keeping your speeds down around 63 mph or less?

- if what your doing is not profitable,.. then you need to do what is necessary to get it there... START BY SLOWING THE HELL DOWN AND INSTALLING EQUIPMENT TO HELP YOU MANAGE YOUR OPERATING CVOSTS!!!--- Boost and pyro,.. AND THEN DRIVING BY THEM METHOTICLY!

That and go through that truck and its engine and get it up to snuff / and healthy.
