Cummins quickserve.cummins.com, a call to the dealership for the info and a sharpie is way cheaper and easier.

If I remember correctly its $ 500 for that plate, so like Chamber said there are cheaper and easier ways.

Depends on what info your looking for. But if has anything to do with the ESN you have then quickserve.cummins.com will have it. If you don't have the ESN for the truck then a call to the dealership and they can give you the ESN of the factory original engine.
