I added the video to your post above.

My concerns would be ...

== What material the threaded cups are made of, and how well they would hold up to heat over time.

== How well the seat at the injector tip would be maintained where it meets the bottom of the head, and how much combustion gasses that might get past it, after the changes were made.

But otherwise ...

If it were between that, and replacing the cylinder head, it looks like something that was well thought of, and viable to me.
