-- Is that a 'cat' or a 'paccar' etc.. etc?.... My point is that this is mostly a cummins and truck help forum and not an engine tuning forum.
My suggestion would be to give whatever engine your referring to a decent 'egr-tune-up' and replace old sensors and stop neglecting it.. then you would not have all of the problems to begin with.
