Fist time doing this test on Insite. Does it seem ok for a demandated CM870? Actuator expansion and retraction test worked fine. TIA.

Maybe remove the air actuator from the turbo and see how freely the arm moves. Then crank up the engine and move it by hand up and down while engine is idling... and if it hangs up at 100% while idling and does not jump back up on its own then there is a problem with the VG ring worn out.
