Have A CM2350 in shop that has been preciously tuned, new owner complains of turbo flutter on acceleration, wondering if anyone can check out tune and see if its decent one? Thanks

More than 90% of all of those so-called "special tunes" (delete programming) .. as people would call them, are nothing but complete garbage that eats the engine internally into an agonizing death.
Copy the file out of the ecm and e-mail it to me for a proper review of what someone did. That is the place to start with it.
