Air Fliter noise - Sam1 - 02-08-2024
I have this vibration thick noise coming from the air Fliter this happened after I had a mechanic do a valve adjustment which they did not do a good job I have oil leaks and one of the valves were very loose. Any idea what that noise is?

Its anyone's guess.
I sure hope that you do not let whatever moron who adjusted the valves incorrectly ever work on your truck again. If they can't even get a simple task like that correct, then I shutter to thing what else they would screw up on with someone's truck.

Bad valve adjustment and noise in the air filter…. First thing that comes to mind would be along the lines of an intake valve too tight best case scenario, worse case is a bent, unseated, or damaged valve in one way or another as most everyone here has probably seen. But that’s just one taking a blind guess
