Are the actuators off a 435st cummins interchangeable with a x15 cummins without any ECM configurations required..

X15 is a common rail engine. It does not use timing or metering actuators.

Can you give us some more details on what you are working on? That way we can help the best we can.
What you are asking doesn't make much sense, a x15 doesn't have timing and metering actuators, like the ISX did up to the CM871, after 2011/2012 they went to a common rail fuel system that did away with those actuators.
