Series 60 oil cooler - Mcwrench94 - 07-10-2024
I think i may have made a mistake. I recently resealed an oil cooler on a series 60. It had 2 paper gaskets on either side of the cooler as well as orings between the cooler and filter housing. When i got the gasket kit it had to gaskets in it so i reassembled it the same way and sent it out the door. Later i was in the service manual for another job and realized it only call for the orings between the housing and cooler. Im now worried about proper crush on those orings. Anyone have any experience or input? Would be greatly appreciated.
