Good morning so I’m not sure if my turbo is getting tired or not it has 906k on original turbo reman actuator on it. I was going to do some leak down test on the system and what not. Any way I called dealer to get a price on one.

Quoted prices was $4750
Just curious if this is the going rate on these things or if someone new of a place to get genuine Cummins for cheaper

If that's a genuine Cummins recon, it's a pretty good price. Retail new is almost $10k, and retail reman is $7300.

One thing to remember is that OEM reman will not have the actuator with it. For OEM that is a deal. You might want to look for a genuine holset reman 5456817HX to get the same part but at a better price by around $2000.

My parts guy got back to me today and he confirmed that it had the actuator included with it. It would be coming from their paccar warehouse
