Quick serve factory file help - 68shifter - 11-01-2024
Hello. Having problems with quick serve. I can’t locate the factory file to return a truck to stock. I’ve tried 2 different serial numbers, different computers and search engine with no luck. I’ve been in touch with Cummins and no luck so far.
ESN 80055699 an X15 and 73666730 an L9.
In quickserve, under service and the related information tab I don’t have an option to download the factory file? Any thoughts? Or I’d be happy to pay someone if you can pull these 2 files and email etc. Thank you

ESN 80055699 requires program HD10264.
ESN 73666730 requires program EB90007.
BOTH can be found on the incal disks from the red engine makers wwwsite...

and then using the ... 'Full INCAL DVD Download' links on the page.
-- That or maybe you get lucky and someone can send you only the 2 files you need from them via a PM message.
