2014 T800 ISX. Relay clicks repeatedly and lights flash between clicks. Shows 12 volts on the gauge, lots of juice everywhere else? Are there anymore relays between the 2 on the starter and the firewall?

Engine not turning over at all ...
Turn the headlights on... see if they get really dim while cranking. If so then its a battery issue. They should only slightly dim by maybe 25-30% or so on fresh batteries.
Next, ensure tranny is out of gear (neutral)... and then try turn engine over by hand with a wrench. See if it is too tight.
Has it been hard to start lately?... sluggish while cranking?. If all is good as mentioned above with engine checks, then it is typically the starter going out.

I suggest if you have to replace starter, consider buying a Mitsubishi.
