Bad tuning

Who could check out a bad delete for me? Im not that savey but trying to get there, I know it's bad because turbo actuator open 85% at idle. It's blew a new turbo right in the middle where the rear housing clamps on. The one it replaced did the same thing like it has to much back pressure, I'm checking if cans got hollowed out but have not yet
