Cm871 ecm tuning

I need a good tune for my isx cm871 it a 525 hp 1850 torque engine. I bought that engine from a crashed 2009 kenworth did a complete overhaul on it in my driveway and put it in my 2002 freightliner Columbia. The issue I am having I used the cm570 ecm that my pervious engine used but that he was set too 500 hp 1650 torque. The engine ran fine until recently that ecm died it was the original ecm to the truck too so I don't feel bad. I have rewired the harness back to cm871 however my truck didn't have all the mandated stuff on it so I need to tune the cm871 to ran properly with the vgt turbo without having to add all the stuff on the engine

It really is not hard to copy program in/out yourself. Here is more detail on this ... of course, assuming that your truck does not have a bad delete in it already and is still factory programmed, so 'step-2' and 'step 3' in this following post would not be necessary ...

- It cost you pretty much nothing, but maybe a few hours of your time to walk yourself thru it. You will also now have the proper tools and files necessary to replace the ecm and have a copy of the program so that no one can hold your trucking business hostage if u ever need it again in the future.

After that, it is simply a matter of dealing with hollowing all the cans out 100% to the bare metal (or straight piping it), putting in a maintenance-free crank case filter, and installing a block-plate of decent quality between the EGR cooler and the exhaust manifold.

Many people do this for themselves, and I don't blame them.

I don't need to hollow out any filters or installed any block of plates all I need is a good cm871 tune without any of the mandated stuff
