CM2350 Injector Driver Codes

Hey guys, had an overhaul done bout 5k miles ago. Ever since I’ve gotten it back I keep getting fault codes for injector driver out of adjustment. Originally it was throwing cylinder 1. We did an injector relearn and now it’s throwing cylinder 5. Today cylinder 6 came on as well. Cylinder 5 came on and immediately went inactive today. The harness under the valve cover was replaced during the overhaul, and the tune was redone afterwards as well. That’s the only changes we have done. Truck runs smooth when codes are active, no performance issues. Planning on pulling the vc to make sure the nuts are indeed tight and that the harness isn’t pinched. Anything else I should check?

what is the engine ser#?.

If the nuts on top of the injectors were not torqued properly, the injectors can be damaged internally... or nuts can come loose.

If the connector going into the valve cover has fuel or oil on it when installing it, false codes can arise.

If the Exhaust pressure sensor (or its feed tube) s not working/reading properly, or is an after-market branded,.. or is a chineesium fake.. then you will get injector mis-fire codes.. but not so much coil codes.

They replaced the exhaust gas pressure sensor during the overhaul as the one on the truck was cracked. I’m 99% sure it’s a Cummins sensor but I’ll double check today
