CM 2250 issues
Hi guys I'm having an issue with a 2250 and I know someone here can help me out

we have two 2013 Peterbilts both 2250's
- one has been demandated for almost 2 years without issue.
The second one has been demandated for only 4 months and since then it has been a complete dog ever since. Will not build any boost over 10-20psi and can't get out of its own way with a load to the point it's a road hazard. The truck has may be seen 10 miles since it was demandated and it was parked and put on the back burner until now.
- everything has been hollowed out and breathing fine
- pump head has been replaced about a year ago
- no high pressure leaks holds 29k
- CAC replaced along with compressor head
- pressure tested everything exh/intake- no leaks

we have just gotten Insite recently, but C@lt3rm has ceased to function since installing Insite. I didn't think one would have any effect on the other but apparently I was incorrect. so I cannot figure out how to get it to work in order to get my ECM file to be reviewed. Mm really suspecting its a major issue with this tune. I really need to get this truck figured out I'm pulling my hair out (what's left) if it can be done remotely that would be super helpful. I really just don't know what to do at this point? I thought I would be able to come into work today pull a copy of the file and send it to Rawze for review but now I can't even do that. Thank you for any help
