Code displayed is SPN 3251...looked it up and I believe it’s back pressure issue with the def filter...looking for more layman terms possible problem and solutions please

Can you point me in the right direction to Mr hag I guess is what his name is or someone close to the Ohio ,West Virginia ,Pennsylvania area that can help fix my problem keep it out of the cummins and Freightliner shop
