CM871 ISX smoke during regen

During road test or stationary regen when the fuel doser is open it will start smoking out tailpipe. Have replaced fuel injector doser and reset aftertreatment maintenance. No fault codes. Aftertreatment Fuel injector flow test shows very close to 400ml. Any suggestions on what to look for next?

Almost sounds like the doc or dpf filter is cracked. Did you watch Rawze's forced regen video it's pretty self explanatory what to look for when you have regening issues.

Pulled doc and dpf. Doc almost completely face plugged and dpf actually not that bad. Got them cleaned and reassembled. Found small leak on bellows between fuel doser and aftertreatment and replaced that bellows. Hard to believe this thing was not generating any fault codes. Ran regen and temps jumped up pretty fast and completed its regen close to 40 minutes. No smoke and everyone is happy.
