EGR tune up?

Is it possible or still recommended to do an EGR tune up after de mandate? Or just wise to change the sensors from time to time?

Most of those sensors aren't working after a de-mandate. Replace exhaust back pressure and imap sensor maybe every 5 years.

Thanks. Just so happens that I have these 2 new sensors on hand. And a differential delta-p sensor that I assumed didn’t work any longer.

Without all the carbon and soot to plug them up any more ... I usually tell people to change the exhaust gas pressure sensor every 400k miles or so, and the IMAP every 2-3 years or at 250k miles.
