Cm871 Siezed Actuator

Good Evening Gents
I hope everyone on here is in good health and dodging this latest bullet.
Im trying to remove an Actuator off a HE561ve. The 2 bolts on the outside or closest to you standing at the right wheel looking at it came out successfully, the 2 inside came in with the allen key heads rounded out. Tried all the "grab the head of the bolt" tricks i knew and ended up drilling the heads off, thinking, no problem we will just slide it off..nope. i have cut the left rear bolt off 1/2" up off the turbo with my small ball burr and have bored down in as far as i can reach on the one remaining bolt trying to release it..nope. Tried a little heat and ended up tonight soaking it in penetrant hoping for better luck in the morning. Does anyone have any best tricks that they can think of, im hoping to save the actuator if even for the core.
