CM2350 X101 So I have a few issues going on. 1st it’s demandated. Seems to be putting exhaust into my fuel tank, white smoke whenever I start it (clears up after a few minutes) liquid coming out between the down pipe and the doser adapter, cylinder 1 isn’t as hot as the others. Can’t really tell if it’s losing coolant now since I just noticed my surge tank is leaking. Overhead done, cylinder cutout test done and #1 doesn’t change much but it still does, liquid coming out of the exhaust doesn’t feel like fuel but doesn’t taste like coolant either. Any ideas? It’s been doing this for 2 days now pulls just as good as before, not losing any coolant yet, but the steam or exhaust in the fuel tank is always there if it’s been running, once the smoke clears it doesn’t show up again until I shut it off, even if it’s only for a few minutes. Any ideas what I should plan next? Can I continue running it. I know I probably shouldn’t but the season is short. Rawze I’m working on getting the tuning sent over

Went to replace the top end of my fuel pump and this is what I found. that failure can destroy the entire engine if it has been driven like that for any length of time. you need to make sure your front gear train is not pitted all up. you also need to drop a main bearing and see if it is scarred up too. RE: CM2350 X101 Cut open the oil filter and it’s clean, front gears and mains look good so very lucky there. Replaced pressure relief valve and still failed leak test just as bad. Confirmed no coolant loss but still getting exhaust into the fuel tank. Laptop should be here sometime this week so I’ll get the tune sent over asap. How do I cap off my injectors. Just plug the rail ports and perform pressure test and see if it passes with whatever is blocked off.
