Egr water outlet tube

Hi, I am having a slow leak coming from the top of the flex hose that is permanent attached to that outlet tube. I am wondering if I can cut that hose off and put on a new rubber hose with clamps instead of buying the whole tube? It is number 15 in the picture.

It depends on what shape the pipe is in. If it has rust on it at all i would change if not then just the part will be fine.
