buying online insurance from Progressive

I had progressive for a year. Come renewal time they wanted another 10k a year. No tickets no claims no nothing.

I have progressive now. My insurance company tried to double my rate I got progressive with the payed in full for less than my previous rate. To make payments to progressive is excessive like $2500 a year more for me. They are slow about getting acord certs.They were good about handling a claim for me.
