That might have a solenoid on the firewall that then sends signal to starter I would check that. If you have power at the starter signal wire on starter solenoid when in crank position it's the starter solenoid at the starter if not work your way back.

It doesn't have that ive seen it mostly on older trucks but the starter has something like that on top of the solenoid.The red wire on top of it is where i actually bridge it from. You can view the image i attached

The red wire is not in the that picture that specific wire comes from the truck. If im not wrong its the same wire coming from the ignition switch on truck? Where the circle is on this image is where that red wire screws down to for contact. See attached image

The top one is the safety solenoid. It wants to see clutch pushed in before the truck will start you can check the signal wire on that one to see if you hve power coming from the key when cranked if you do but no power on the starter signal then that's the issue.

Update: So I changed the solenoid on the starter and it still didn't fire up from the switch.

so yeah i did find that solenoid on the passenger side. found this wire just hanging there. did not screw it back on because i dont know whats going on. I cleaned up the area but nothing change. I found a 20 amp fuse which wasn't blow for that solenoid. see attached image, thats befor area was cleaned

Are you sure the ecm or vehicle is not in a starter lock-out condition due to anti-theft?. - Just some thoughts if it is not a wiring issue.

Also, whatever that is unp0lugged, I am sure it was not done like that at the factory. - It also looks like it has been unplugged for a while too, and it just hanging there.

Gotta love mechanics and how lazy they are.
