Adapters

I know it’s probably been answered many times but I’m writing this between loads and have very little time to read everything. If I have a Nexiq 3 , I’m running Insite, Calterm, PACCAR ESA and Trailer ABS.
Do I still need the Inline adapter to do everything with Insite and Calterm or will Nexiq 3 do?
