2350/2450 interchange ?

Hello.
Have a 21’ W900 X15/565hp truck in here.
It had I believe been deleted by {horrible delete company} with Nona-vgt turbo and aftermarket manifold. Customer brought it in as they’ve been through multiple head gaskets, at least one head in 420k. They bought it done this way.

I sent the file to Rawze and he said it’s a mess. Well I bought a fact manifold, new VGT turbo for the vin/ser number. Had to change a bunch of plumbing and crap around because of the previous stuff.

Now I’ve tried to put the fact file into the ecm. But I keep getting a “boot log driver” error. Well the truck has a CM2350 ecm on it, and I’m quite sure it should be a 2450. I’m assuming this is what’s stopping me?

For the heck of it I put a demandate file I had for a 2350 and that flashed ok but is not right for the truck. I’m assuming I’ll have to buy a 2450 ecm? Thanks for your input.

The question is ... is it the original engine in the truck?.. or did someone swap it out with a different one?.

Someone needs to look up what enigne ser# the truck came with, and then see what engine ser# is actually in it, and then go from there.

I’ll see if I can pull it up. Judging by motor mounts, paint on harness and clips and everything else I’m quite sure original engine. He’s second owner and had it a couple years now.

what is engine ser# on engine?.
what is vin#?
