RE: Ain't this the coolest site in all of trucking?
Left out Friday to pick up a load. I got about 1/2 mile from home base and the oil pressure gage fell to zero & check engine light came on.
Was able to get truck and trailer to a parking lot.
Hooked up Insite and it lead me to the oil pressure sensor.
Pulled out my other lap top opened Cummins Quick Serve.
Clicked on repair manual for the 2250 navigated to the oil pressure gage and was able to determine its location.
Unscrewed the old one from the block, drove to the dealer, replaced the sensor, reset everything on Insite.

Started up truck and the oil pressure was good.

Lost that load but found another one yesterday.

The good people on this site convinced us to purchase Insite ,sign up for Cummins Quick Serve and begin to learn how to use these tools.

Special thanks to Rawze, Mr Hagg, Unilevers and all who have shared their knowledge.
With out this site we would have probably been down for days and lots of money for this simple repair.

BTW the sensor only cost around $40

Thanks to all
