Start checking now on the insurance.I personally looked into the hole thing in November and had two diffrent quotes, one from ooida and one from a broker. Both told me too wait it out a few more months the rate for new ventures are way too high. The rates may have come down now. If you are in the ohio river valley I can recommend a company that can do it all for you, they come highly recommend from a local b.o.t. officer
