CM871 NO START

Some guy pull in front of my shop to check the CEL , now the truck no start , he said that he was hwving problem starting it . He spray starting fluid and it starts. We got fuel priming when i start cranking the fuel pressure insite shows no more than 50 psi .and now it dont wana start even when we spray starting fluid . Already cheCk everything. not sure what els to check.
