When I had the injector spill valve on the screen of my dash it ended up being my 3 cylinder fuel pump. Could be different things though. My truck is 2011 cm2250. I think it's gonna have to be something with fuel... maybe injector, fuel rail, pressure sensor, fuel rail valve, fuel pump ect. You have a 2012 so u probably still have a 3 cylinder fuel pump. If you do you need to change to a 2 cylinder fuel pump with updated plungers and tappets asap before it destroys you're engine...
