Fuel cuts off when tires spin in snow

This truck cuts off the fuel if you start spinning in snow. I don't want it to do that. All it does is get you stuck on a little hill or something you could have made it up. I don't want it to think for me. Sometimes you just need it to keep going.
I would think it has something to do with traction control (atc). Before I just start searching through, does anyone know what I should look for in insite or Bendix to stop it? Or am I stuck with it?
