Fuel not transferring between tanks on ProStar

Problem fixed itself! I think the right side fuel sending unit float became stuck when I filled the tank right to the neck... Over the past two days the Tri PAC drew down the fuel and I am thinking the crap roads here in Michigan knocked the float lose. Tanks are now equalizing out the way they should. Dodged a bullet! Thanks for everyone's Help!
