Smoke from my exhaust ~~~{{{{{{{

As I know:
Most common causes of black smoke are
1) faulty injectors;
2) faulty injector pump;
3) a bad air filter (causing not enough oxygen to be supplied);
4) a bad EGR valve (causing the valves to clog) or even a bad turbocharger.

I did:
For 1) - cutout test (run same)
for 2) -nothing yet ( if you know how please share)
for 3)- filter is good
for 4) I don't have any fault codes ( as I know if there is no code for EGR -it works properly)
Turbocharger I replaced 2 times. Because first one had gear stuck on it
