RE: cm2250 3375 2639 Those are some really high numbers in that regen history. If I were messing with it, I would have pulled the DPF and DOC and inspected their faces for contaminations and have them sent off and cleaned and flow tested. i would check the decomp tube for clogging and/or DEF fluid leakage and inspecting the face of the SCR can too for signs of soot buildup. With numbers that high,... that engine is not breathing properly and that can cause injector failures and all sorts of other serious engine issues.
