Then I would suggest you make a second copy of those receipts that apply and file them with your daily logs if it is important to satisfy them in that way. It is a prime example on how different agencies want to see things their own way. You gotta love our wonderful system of government.

Come to think of it, that would be a good use of those fuel receipts that you can't claim that I mentioned above.
