EF10064 = 525HP/1850trq@1200 RPM. Same 1850 torque as the EF10067 from 1150 - 1500, then at 1600 rpm+, it falls off slightly due to the lower HP setting. It is also a little softer on the pedal below 1150 rpm. Accelerator noise control is enabled.
