If you like the interior a LOT, then the slight fuel mileage losses are are only significant if you drive them hard or start turning up the HP above about 450 - 475 or so. They do really well on fuel at about 63 mph or so when set right.

Intake and other engine restrictions on a truck only apply if you are pushing against them.
